Delivery (Free):
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days. When your order is completed you will receive a confirmation email from us and our order will then be sent via DPD next day delivery. Please note: DPD will not deliver without a signature. You will receive an email from DPD regarding your delivery options. Please look out for this email.
Returns:
Please return the item using the delivery note included with your order and indicate the reason for return. Please email customerservice@directclothing.co.uk to obtain your free returns label. Please also ensure you get a Certificate of Posting/Proof of Delivery.
We will refund on items in original condition with tags/labels attached. We aim to refund within 10 working days of your return being received.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item to us for a full refund and place a new order for the correct size.
