Ballard School is an award-winning, co-educational independent day school in New Milton, Hampshire, providing education for pupils aged 2 to 16. How much is the Delivery?

Ship to School (Free, Term Time only):

We deliver to the school once a week for collection from the School Office on a Wednesday. Orders placed before midnight on Sundays will be ready for collection from the School Office on the Wednesday after 3 pm of the same week.

Please note you will need to select "Ship" and enter your billing address at checkout, DO NOT select pick up.

You will then be given the option to collect from school or ship via DHL to your home.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE SUSPEND DELIVERY TO THE SCHOOL DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.

Delivery to Home (£4.99):

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days, although this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods. When your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and your order will then be sent via DHL next-day delivery. Please look out for an email from DHL with delivery details/options.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns:

Please return the item within 30 days of receipt using the delivery note included with your order and indicate the reason for return. Please use the attached returns label found at the bottom of the delivery note.

Please also ensure you get a Certificate of Posting/Proof of Delivery.

We will refund items in original condition with tags/labels attached. We aim to refund within 7 working days of your return being received.

Exchanges:

Please note we cannot offer exchanges. Please return your items for a refund and place a new order.
