Ship to School (Free, Term Time only):
We deliver to school once a week for collection from the School Office on a Wednesday. Orders placed before midnight on Sundays will be ready for collection from the School Office on the Wednesday after 3pm of the same week. Please note you will need to select "Ship" and enter your address at check out and NOT pick up, where you will then be given the option to collect from school or ship via DPD.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE SUSPEND DELIVERY TO SCHOOL DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. 

Delivery (£3.99):
We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days, although this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods. When your order is completed you will receive a confirmation email from us and your order will then be sent via DPD next day delivery. Please note: DPD will not deliver without a signature, please look out for an email from DPD with delivery details/options.

Returns:
Please return the item within 30 days of receipt using the delivery note included with your order and indicate the reason for return. Returning items is at your own cost. We will refund on items in original condition with tags/labels attached. We aim to refund within 10 working days of your return being received. Please return the parcel and ensure you get a Certificate of Posting/Proof of Delivery, and send it to the following address:

We also have a drop box outside our admin office at 17 Rise Road, Sunningdale SL5 0BH if you would sooner drop off there during office hours only, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. The box is not secure and is left at your risk, we do however check the box at varying times throughout the day. Please enclosed your items and returns form in a sealed bag. This is an admin office only, we do not hold any stock here, please DO NOT enter the office.

Exchanges:
Please note we cannot offer exchanges. Please return your items for a refund, and place a new order.
