To get the right size of cloak, measure your daughter in inches from shoulder down to just above the ankle. This is the size you should buy. There is tolerance in exactly how long the cloak may be worn, from just above ankle to just below the knee. However, as this is an expensive item that you will want to use for as long as possible, buying it long is a good idea.
